This Is the Place for Sports!

This is a big section of martytown, with lots of info and goings on.

Depending on what sport(s) are in season, we have active sections on pro basketball, football, tennis, golf, and hockey. Our "other sports" section includes triple crown horse racing, baseball, soccer, and the running with the bulls!

Photos
We have a lot of photos here at martytown, especially tennis. Check out player photos from the us open and other tournaments over the years. Also, we have a number of baseball photos from various ballparks and quite a few basketball photos from sixers and nets games.

Contests
A number of sports include contests. In basketball, our basketball league just started its 20th year. We also have a playoff contest. In golf we have a tiered contest for each of the four majors (check out the rules and our recent results).

The Skinny
We have periodic articles on various sports. During the playoffs, we have slap shots for hockey and inside the paint for basketball. Baseball has around the horn which previews the season. And in football, we have several updates throughout the season in sideline skinny.
