I'm not exactly sure why I'm not loving this album as much as the
Strokes' first effort, but there you have it.
I thought their debut album Is This It was a perfect album,
which is almost impossible in today's throwaway music culture. So
although there are plenty of sounds to like on this CD, it doesn't
match the freshness of their earlier work. But it just might be growing
on me.
