The Hostess of the South

We made just a brief stop in savannah coming from charleston, south carolina. We took a horse drawn carriage ride around town on which I learned a few more neat facts about this charming city. The restaurant I wanted for dinner wasn't open on sundays, so we settled for a walk along the river area and a blue cheese burger at the cotton exchange. The best part was getting a shot of sherry to add to our creamy crab soup!

But of course our main interest in georgia this time was the masters tournament, specifically the monday practice round. So after just a few hours we were off again, heading to columbia, south carolina for the night, just an hour away from augusta.
