This is a fun documentary about the dotcom boom and bust. We meet two long time friends who start a company that will allow you to interact with local government over the internet — to pay parking tickets, get licenses, etc. It's a great idea, but they have competition, it takes a long time to get their site up and running, and they're burning through their venture capital. And when the bubble bursts and they can't raise any more money, everything falls apart. While it's a little slow in parts (like real life), and of course the people in the documentary know they're being filmed, it's still a great primer for all would-be entrepreneurs.
