Words can hardly describe what this movie is about, but let me try: John Cusack is an underemployed puppeteer, who goes to work for a company (exactly what he does is unclear). He then discovers a passageway that puts him inside John Malkovich's head, literally, and also lands him on the NJ Turnpike after about 10 minutes. Oh, and his frumpy wife (Cameron Diaz) wants to go in to experience Catherine Keener through Malkovich's body. And Cusack and Keener are running this as a business at night. It's wild and wacky, and only the ending is a letdown, but I guess it was hard to figure how to end such and original concept.
