A
funny documentary movie, where Michael Moore (who did the
great Roger and Me about GM's cold hearted treatment of its
employees) this time investigates other companies and their policies
of setting up factories overseas and putting Americans out of work.
It's an old fashioned liberal theory of what's wrong with big corporations,
but it is funny at times, although somewhat repetitive. It's also
not surprising that the CEO of Proctor & Gamble isn't available
to come down and meet with Moore, so he films the befuddled flunkies
and security guards who don't know what to do with him. Although it
sometimes misses its mark, it's worth a look, but you should see Roger
and Me first.
